Get the Bulging Biceps of a Gladiator and Discover the Enigma of a Perfect Sit-up

Model and fitness expert Jenny Pacey may have a body to die for, but credits a strict yet simple daily workout for giving her a fab figure.
Pacey, best known as TV Gladiator Enigma, is an advocate of the perfect sit-up, a simple exercise that can transform figures and create washboard stomachs.
Follow the USN guide below, and see your tummy go hard and flat.
USN’s guide to the perfect sit-up
– Lie on your back on the ground. Have your knees bent and the balls of your feet and heels placed flat on the ground.
– Place your hands on opposing shoulders, so that your arms are crossed over your chest, or behind your head. This gives you a central rising point.
– Tighten your abdominal muscles gently by drawing in your belly to your spine.
– Keeping your heels on the ground and your toes flat to the floor, slowly and gently lift your head first, followed by your shoulder blades. Pull up from the floor until you are at a 90-degree angle, or until your elbows are pressed against your knees.
– Hold the position for one second, then slowly bring your torso back to the floor, but try to keep it slightly elevated off the ground. Do not place your back flat to the floor, but try and keep a slight arch.
– Repeat the procedure several times. Only do a maximum of five if you are a beginner, then increase the amount as your strength improves.
– Remember that sit-ups are all about using the abdominal muscles. Ensure that you are not compensating by using other parts of your body to perform sit-ups, as this will diminish the effectiveness of the sit-up and may cause you injury.
– Take our weightloss supplement, USN CLA 1000. An advanced full potency body toner that supports your toning goals, these soft gel capsules contain conjugated linoleic acid rich oil, which inhibits the body’s mechanism for storing fat and causes the body to burn stored fat for energy.

Follow USN’s guide below, and you too could get arms to envy.
USN’s guide to the perfect push-up
– The perfect push-up involves what is known as the ‘triangle’ position. Start in the traditional push-up position, balancing your body weight on your toes and hands, keeping your back and legs straight.
– Place your hands close together, below your head, with your elbows bent slightly – this is the perfect start position.
– Slowly lower your body until your chest is an inch away from the floor.
– Press back up to the start position using all the power in your arms. Then repeat the whole procedure.
– Try and do at least 10 to begin with, then test yourself by trying to beat your total.
– Use our protein shake Pure Protein IGF 1. This protein supplement provides an excellent source of protein which the body can use to build and repair muscle tissue and prevent unwanted muscle breakdown during intense physical activity.
